David R. Alperstein, Founding Attorney
David R. Alperstein, Esquire concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, premises liability and general litigation. Previously, Mr. Alperstein was an associate at the law firms of Wagenfield Levine and Margolis Edelstein in their litigation departments.
Mr. Alperstein is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey New York and before various United States District Courts. He holds a 1997 B.A. from University of Delaware in both Political Science and Economics with a Minor in United States History. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2000 where he was named to the Deans Honors List.
Mr. Alperstein’s practice involves the representation of a variety of insured and self-insured businesses and individuals in all types of casualty litigation and business disputes, including automobile and trucking, construction, products liability, contract litigation, and collections matters. In recent years, Mr. Alperstein has become one of the preeminent attorneys in litigation matters in the taxicab and limousine industry throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Alperstein is also counsel for several Credit Unions handling commercial loan disputes in Pennsylvania.
In addition to his broad legal experience, Mr. Alperstein has a pedigree in business ownership in the industries of hospitality and property titles. He now uses his professional and educational experience in his representation of real estate professionals in contract and professional liability matters.
Mr. Alperstein is a board member of Hero Thrill Show, Inc, a charitable organization established to help the families of fallen officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty. He presently serves as the organization’s Executive Secretary. In addition, Mr. Alperstein is counsel to Matrix Promotions, LLC and Matrix Fights who are leaders in the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) industry and organize MMA events in the Delaware Valley area. Recently, David has been named counsel to the Greater Philadelphia Taxi Association.
